In addition to authoring over a thousand news stories and later working as a newspaper editor and publisher, David Utting has also been a media and social commentator, with numerous published opinion pieces in
the daily press.
He has been regularly interviewed on radio and televison including appearing as a regular commentator on 6PR's Talking Technology.

Media Report and PM have sought his views.
